Ramblings about "The Burning Butterfly"

First off, I wanted to mention the story's status. Originally it was in the forefront of my stories, with Charlie being my favorite character of course, but lately I've been thinking about reworking the plot. I had gotten pretty far with it before I realized that some elements don't really work and certain characters were a bit lacking. And well, I want to give as good of a homage to my favorite band as I can. So we'll see... I'll still leave this all here in case people want to see it.

And oh yeah, the inspiration. Can you guess who my favorite band is? I sprinkled all kinds of Hollies references in here, but I'd say the biggest inspiration was the album Butterfly- of course, with the whole butterfly wings thing.
