Lucifer

Notable for his eagerness and courage, Lucifer has dreamed of being an adventurer for his entire life. He never wanted it for the money or fame, however. Instead, he's always longed most to simply go places that nobody had gone, step foot on untouched ground, and journey until his life was worthwhile.

If there was one thing he loved more than adventure, however, it's always been his friends. Going anywhere just wouldn't be the same without them by his side, and for them he acts as a constant beacon of encouragement.

Phoebe

Poodle

A longtime friend of Lucifer, Phoebe is very sweet and gentle. She longs to make everyone feel warm and welcome, but also has a confident air to her. She has always been independent and a free spirit, making her love Ganymede a bit of an opposite to her.

Still, though, she enjoys being there for both him and the rest of her friends, picking them back up when they're down and making sure they're safe.

Ferdinand

West Highland Terrier

The oldest of the group, Ferdinand Pamplemousse has worked his whole life in the field of anthropological study. It is true, however, that he has faced much more failure than success. He often discovered mere forgeries and spread false theories, causing the world he loved most to largely regard him as incompetent.

Although he's mostly slowed down now, he wouldn't turn away the chance to renew his reputation, or lack thereof. Despite his shortcomings, he's a skilled navigator and a wise, good friend among the other dogs.

Ganymede

Borzoi

Despite agreeing to the trip, Ganymede has never much stepped in adventure. He's not exactly one to take large risks, preferring to live a comfortable, calculated life. Nevertheless, his love Phoebe managed to drag him into it, and he didn't want to disappoint his friends.

In a way, though, his caution can help the group from making poor decisions, and he helps balance them out from being reckless. He cares a lot about his safety, of course, but also the safety of Phoebe and his friends.

Puck

Newfoundland Dog

Although he might not be the brightest dog around, Puck is very much a gentle giant. He gladly does helpful work for the group and gets along well with everyone. He'd trained to be a carpenter since a very young age, and eventually got into making boats.

Hopenshaw is like a child to him, and even if it's not the greatest ship, it gets the job done. More than that, however, he loves being with his friends and following them wherever they go.

Instead, the amateur explorers find the ruins of a long forgotten country known as Politzania.

All Politzanians are called upon. The time to act is now.

It has come to the recent attention of our government and highest people that, unbeknownst until now, certain citizens of Politzania have been conspiring against the government alongside the country itself. We do not know how many of them there are or what they are planning... but we do know there is nothing to fear. Even in our recent defeats, we will claim victory over this blight in the gannet's own eye.

Comply with our instructions fast, and others will surely follow. We will not let these outsiders tarnish her great name.

Although we are dealing with this matter as effectively as possible ourselves, it is truly the people that are the heart of Polizania. If you suspect anyone you know- friends, family, or neighbors- of being a traitor to the country, you are legally allowed and obligated by law to execute them by any means necessary. This may include firearms, other weapons, or blunt force, as long as their bodies are disposed of with as much respect as they showed their country. Do this now, for your family, your country, and your God.

Show your courage and preserve Politzanian dignity. We are the true race... and we will prevail. There is no other island.
